Ok, CL and Minzy robed me into the “Blackjack” club with their fantastic performance of “Please dont go” on MAMA. They rocked the song once again yesterday during the Spread The Love concert.
Like what I mentioned yesterday, I really like the outfit they had for this song, and thanks to my birthday girl, Janicia, here are what we found!

23rd November,long long time ago, marked the birth of 2 wonderful baby girls, who today, play a significant part in my university life.
First it’s Dajie, Angela, who never fail to entertain me with her sometimes “aunty” like behaviour. Although we might not be very close, having her together with us really bring entertainment to another level. haha… I guess the rest will know what I mean…
Next is MRS KWON JI YONG!
haha… Hms, how can I explain our relationship? Complicated I must say. We are “literally” linked in many ways, from uni mates to farm house friends, from oppa’s wifes to dongseng’s wifes… haha… but I must say, Im really glad to be so much closer to her, due to our common kpop love interests… from SS to BIG BANG, from Kyu & JM to Jiyong & TOP. hahah… Babe, Thanks for spending all the boring bus & MRT rides with me watching SS and BB! haha.. and going mad with me during lectures. haha.. imitating TOP’s finger pointing movements, SR’s “crack crack crack”… and all the numerous crazy stuff. Let me tell u, this girl is really GAME for it! hahaha…
Enough said, I wish both of you… ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR EXAMS! WE WILL GRADUATE TGT! hahah… I LOVE U BOTH!!

I totally enjoyed the performance overall. The musical theme was awesome! Dara might be lacking a little in her vocals when she was performing “Kiss”, but her expression and interaction with Lee Yong Woo made it alllll up!
Bom unni looked so sweet in her dress while singing “You and I”. Everything worked for me here. From the setting of the stage (Bom in the attic), to her dress and the way she sang.
But my FAVOURITE part was CL and MINZY’s COLLABORATION! OK. This is a MUST WATCH! I wanna get Minzy’s pants. It looks so good. And did u guys notice Kim Tae Woo oppa and GD’s expression. Tae Woo oppa was totally enjoying himself and showing the girls lots of support! GD looks glad. haha, smiling to himself, noding to the beat. Back to the girls, they were filled with energy, their vocals were stable despite the dancing and they really looked like they were enjoying themselves. Well, YG babies really know how to enjoy themselves while performing dont they?
Next, we have GD+YB!!!!!! KOREAN DREAM (7 WAVE)
GD performed “Heartbreaker” and once again, Jiyong is all out to proof that he’s different! Yay, Love his attitude. With all the kpop boy idols copying GD’s signature “Heartbreaker” blonde hair, GD has change it back to his original colour. Thats my man! haha… He did a different rendition of his hit solo, this time round with a rock edgy feel to it. Ok, the way he decended was kinda feaky, but other than that, he did GREAT! Many might find his coat odd, but VIPs never doubt Jiyong’s unique sense of fashion ya?
(Have u guys thought of why there are so many blondes just standing there in the “heartbreaker” masks? ahem, I think I figured out what they mean…)
Next up was YB with “Where U at” and “Wedding Dress”
I went wild when I saw him appearing with his shades, standing alone with no dancers. I guess YB alone was able to pull it off and he DID. We can all see how much he gave with the overflowing amount of energy that was potrayed in the dance. WOW, I still prefer the effect with the dancers though. The impact was wayyy off the roof when the dancers came in. Although YB was tired from dancing, he still managed the vocals well. Not perfect, but not bad either. Looks like its a give and take kinda stuff. YB, theres still room for improvement. FIGHTING!!! You can do better!
The HIGHLIGHT!!! “KOREAN DREAM”
YB-Black, GD-White. I LOVE THE CONTRAST when the 2 groups stood beside each other. What else can I say? haha.. GD was awesome at working the crowd. With his random screams and and badass attitude, no wonder the crowd went wild. Gosh, I wanna go watch SHINE A LIGHT so badly now… Besides that, GD’s short remix + YB’s dance= PERFECTION.

I guess I dont have to emphasize my love for Teddy oppa anymore ya? hee… This track is great! I love the hip hop synthrhythm beat it has. Its kinda addictive and a great track for the dance floor! The girls did a great job presenting the song.
AND…. I love CL, the one and only BAD-DEST female!
*Minzy is definately catching up. With her awesome moves and improving vocals, this maknae has great potential.

As much as we love YB off stage, I’ll have to say, he’s GREAT on stage tooo! His comeback stage on Music Bank was overflowing with charisma and confidence! I really admire him for his effort and hardwork. Way to go YB!

Kim Daul was a model from Korea who made it big in the international modelling scene. She passed away on 20/11/09 in Paris at the age of 20. Well, I have seen some of her editorials before and she’s indeed someone with a very unique style. Condolescences go out to her family and friends, Im sure she will be missed by many.

And this. The make up is so visual, seriously, I dont know which other Korean artist can pull this off besides GD.
And my fav of the lot…..!!Love his expression, the effect of the photography, and his clothes! Yes, look clearly and you will notice that he wore the tattoo concept shirt designed by Embioh’s Creative director Han Sang Hyeok. Its the same one that SS501’s leader Hyun Joong wore for “Love like this”.

I personally feel that Jiyong worked the inner wear better. I think its cause he had more clothes on. haha… I think SS were showing too much of the tattoos that it gets a little overwhelming. The stylist for Vouge did a much better job pairing the innerwear with other layer of clothes and accessories to jazz the whole image up. Plus, SS look way tooo gentle to portray the tattoo concept. I still like them in their ordinary jackets (eg: music bank comeback performance). They look perfect in ordinary jackets!

I love how versertile he can be. And of course, his one of a kind fashion sense. Vougue seem to be the best place for him to display them.

The theme for this shoot is his portrayal of a 21st century genie. This looks like some bad-ass genie to me!
Anyway, his interview and more pictures will be pubilshed in the December issue of Vogue (Kr). I’ll be posting more pics till then!

Besides Jiyong for Vouge, I have news on Tae Yang! YG relesed a revised version of “Wedding Dress”! YAY! This version is focused on the dance that Shaun Evaristo and Lyle Beniga choreographed! Well, Shaun, Lyle and Amiee Lucas all appeared in the MV. I love the dance. Yong Bae rocked the choreo and I’ll have to give credits to Shaun and Lyle! Yong Bae’s essence was overflowing!!! AWESOME!

One more news….. BIG BANG- ELECTRIC LOVE TOUR 2010!!!! Yes, despite all of them being busy with their individual activities, they will still be coming tgt for a concert!!!! Not a world tour (Im not sure yet) but here are the details that were released:
The dates are the following:
February 10th & 11th at Yokohama Arena
February 13th at Kobe World Hall
February 16th at Budokan
The dates and locations released are all in Japan. No news for other countries yet, but I’ll keep u all updated!

This is the one worn by TOP and is going at US$75, which still can be bought online.

Credits to YG for all their ideas. They really know how to make $ ya? The calenders, scheduler and diary all look so nice~ Its not as if the pictures are just dumped in and collated into a book form. From the outlook of these products, we can see that much thought and at least some effort was put into making something decent for the fans ya?
